Laughing all the way to the bank…and some other important places…
Juxtaposition be thy name of the Forbes 2011 Highest Paid Actresses list.
Atop the list of our utmost paid ~ingénues are the UN ambassador, née Jolie Angelina and Garnier Nutrisse ≠séductrice SJP!
Boys (XY) still out earn the Girls (XX), but top earnings seem to be on the rise…as New Mexico’s Own Julia Roberts formerly and frequently stood at the front of the pack with $20M per year, still holds steady there, now out-earned by Jolie and Parker by $10M respectively…
Okay…these figures are beginning to make me retch…as the Average Joe regularly sneezes out or sluffs off more than I make at this gig ;)
Anywho…the bulk of the list for you too to gag upon (including the woman who comes in 3rd still riding on the coattails of association to others….and 4th who is second to none) AFTER THE JUMP – xo!

As we told you here the Dean Koontz novel turned star studded, New Mexico movie was recently ensnared with “administrative” woes – so much so that production and payroll had come to a screeching halt!
From On Location Casting, production rolls again:
Per Producers – As of midnight last night, banks loans & financing have officially closed and the project is now fully financed/funded, bonded and insured. Crew paychecks are available as of 10:00am today, so EMS Payroll should have funds available now to release all Extras paychecks. You can probably call EMS directly to get confirmation of this.
A request has been put in to both SAG and the local IATSE union for clearances for all crew and actors to go back to work.
Production intends to begin filming agaian later TODAY (Thurs. 7/7/11) beginning with night shoots today and tomorrow. We still do not have a revised full shooting schedule so do not yet know what to expect in terms of our extras needs for the remainder of the shoot.
From the Producers – “There are no more worries about the financial health of our movie. We are very aware what you have endured hanging in there with us through the last weeks/months and apologize sincerely for the hardships caused. Let’s finish our magical movie.”
Once we know what/who we are booking, we at OLC hope that everyone will once again be willing to work as extras/stand-ins on this project. Thanks for your patience.
Thanks Chris
