From set to stage (and everywhere in-between) Johnny Depp certainly has left his impression on NM.

Since the beginning of 2012 the inbox@oneheadlightink.com has received everything from the interesting to the outlandish by of way info. and photos swirling around the then secretive “Silver Bullet” project.

From the very first studio lot prop pics we chose to release, which made waves with some local industry insiders, to the sweet pics true fans, friends and admirers of the star shared in confidence we’ve enjoyed being taken along for the ride.

Newly Appointed New Mexico Women in Film President

The New Mexico chapter of Women in Film International has appointed Linda McDill its new President.

NMWIF is a New Mexico-based outreach network committed to the professional development and achievement of women in the film and television industry through mentorship, networking, education and community service.

Linda elevates her experience in the businesses of music, entertainment and film, stepping up to the role of NMWIF President after serving as Vice President and Fundraising Committee chair.

As principal partner in Big Productions SW in Santa Fe, New Mexico, she serves the film music industry with negotiation skills, working knowledge of contracts, entertainment law and her worldwide network of industry contacts and friends. Her love and understanding of music and film are invaluable assets to her clients and the film composers she represents.

As Charter Member of New Mexico Women in Film, Linda is listed in the Who’s Who Registry of Worldwide Business Leaders. She holds a permanent position on the Board of Directors of the Houston Community College Music Department, where she helped create and implement a Music Business Degree program.
Weekly Linda produces and co-hosts Cinema Scope with Stuart Goswick. Cinema Scope is a weekly radio program on Santa Fe Public Radio, concerning all aspects of the New Mexico Film Industry. Once a month, she hosts Music in the Movies, featuring film music and interviews with composers.

New Mexico State Film Office and State Music Commission executives are frequently welcomed as guests. Stu and Linda present the latest New Mexico film news, announce major movies (and stars) currently filming in the state and other topics of interest surrounding the industry. On the first Friday of each month, Linda presents ‘Music in the Movies’.
