Fresh ground coffee beans prepared – Your brew, your method.
French Press or Stove Top Espresso Maker recommended
1-2 Tbl. sp. Organic Blue Agave Sweetner (to taste)
1-3 Tsp. Pure cocoa powder
Best brewed strong. Combine sweetener and cocoa until smooth, over pour coffee, add cream to taste.
The cocoa/agave mixture yields a sweet, chocolaty foam not even sbucks can touch!
Cost – Under $20 for an entire mo. of daily mocha latte depending on your beans!

The Heteropolitan:
White table wine with mid/center shelf vodka.
Mexican Wine:
Burgundy wine with Hornitos Tequila.

Cumin Spiced Scrambled Eggs:
Scrambled eggs prepared with a splash of Soy Sauce (to taste), seasoned with cumin.

Low(er) Cal. Guac.:
One can cannellini beans, 1 ripe avacado, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, tsp. lemon or lime juice. Diced tomatoes & onions optional.
Mash or ‘cuisenart’ beans, before combining other ingredients.
