Retired International Spy turned Santa Fe resident Valerie Plame Wilson – will walk the premiere carpet at tonight’s special screening of the major motion picture Fair Game, which chronicles her suspenseful career as portrayed by Naomi Watts.
Plame was unceremoniously outed for her life of super-secret special CIA ops back in 2003, in what some say was an attempt to detract from assertions by Plame’s husband, former Ambassador Joe Wilson that the public was being fed distorted claims of eminent nuclear threats from Iraq as formulated by the Bush administration.
Attend the screening:
A suspense-filled glimpse into the dark corridors of political power, FAIR GAME is a riveting action-thriller based on the autobiography of real-life undercover CIA operative Valerie Plame, whose career was destroyed and marriage strained to its limits when her covert identity was illegally exposed…
The Lensic will host a special Santa Fe premiere of Fair Game at 7 tonight with the $20 admission going to benefit Partners in Education.
Tickets are available at the Lensic box office, 211 W. San Fransisco St., or at the website TicketsSantafe.org here. Tickets for a 5 p.m. reception at Milagro 139 were sold out.
