Jane Got a Gun stars NMFilm actress Natalie Portman (Thor, Brothers) and Michael Fassbender who just recently wrapped the NMFilm “Frank”. Both are hot off their co-starring roles in the yet to be titled Terrence Malick film which was shot in Austin, TX last fall.
In Jane Got a Gun, Portman plays the title character – a woman whose outlaw husband returns home shot with eight bullets and barely alive, Jane reluctantly reaches out to an ex-lover (Fassbender) who she hasn’t seen in over ten years to help her defend her farm when the time comes that her husband’s gang eventually tracks him down to finish the job.

Extras Casting Director Robert Baxter is currently casting for the feature film, Frank, now filming in Albuquerque.
Several 20 to 30 year old “rock and rollers” are needed for a South by Southwest concert event scene.
Shooting will take place in Albuquerque Jan 15th and Jan 17th.

Frank co-stars Michael Fassbender and Maggie Gyllenhaal. The indie comedy is about a wild band lead by Fassbender, as Frank with Gyllenhaal as his “intense”, right-hand woman. The story is told through the eyes of the group’s newest addition Domhnall Gleeson (Anna Karenina). Scoot McNairy (Argo), and Jack White drummer Carla Aza costar. Leonard Abrahamson (Adam & Paul) is directing from a script by Jon Ronson and Peter Straughan (The Men Who Stare At Goats). via THR

Based on the Walt Longmire Mystery novels by best-selling author Craig Johnson, “Longmire” stars Australian actor Robert Taylor (The Matrix) as Walt Longmire, the charismatic, dedicated and unflappable sheriff of Absaroka County, Wyoming. “Longmire” also stars Katee Sackhoff (“Battlestar Gallactica”), Lou Diamond Phillips (“Numb3rs”), Bailey Chase (“Damages”), Cassidy Freeman (“Smallville”) and newcomer Adam Bartley.
Widowed only a year, Longmire is man in psychic repair that buries his pain behind a brave face and dry wit. Struggling since his wife’s death and at the urging of his daughter, Cady (Freeman), Longmire knows that the time has come to turn his life around. With the help of Vic (Sackhoff), a female deputy new to the department, he becomes reinvigorated about his job and committed to running for re-election. I am casting an episode of Fatal Encounters for NBC Universal true crime documentry series which will be shooting in Albuquerque Oct 27th thru Oct 30th. We are looking for non union or (Fi Core) re-cre actors. Specifically were looking for:
Principal Roles;
Female, 30 yrs old, light brown hair must be comfortable in her underwear no nudity involved.
Male 52 yrs old Hispanic\Caucasian. Graying hair and mustache.
Day Players for this shoot are;
Two Brothers, White/Hispanic, mid 20s short dark blond hair.
One Female white\Hispanic,50s short medium height, average build, brown shoulder length hair.
One Female 70s short medium height, average build. gray or white hair.
One male Caucasian male 20s to early 30s medium height, average/ athletic build.
