Because NM doesn’t play host to pappers or stalkerazzi (like those fiends pictured in thumb 4) nor well publicize when & where we have gaggles of worldwide superstars (good deal?) big cities (even Cleavland) still have us beat for all the great set pics.
Here from NYC, courtesy of my brother from another mother, are a boatload of Labor Day weekend pics of the WHOLE AVENGERS cast all suited-up.
Though just a babe himself, remember my beloved uses A LOT of salty language not suitable for young readers…ENJOY the pics and save your dlisted reading enjoyment to times away from preschool eyes, like at WORK.
Here are a few thumbnails from Michael K‘s gallery with which you can whet your eyes anytime…
Since wrapping things up here in The Land of ‘secluded’ Enchantment back in late July The Avengers have taken-up in Cleavland as scheduled.
This is set video from earlier in the week of some downtown demolition as orchestrated for the sure to be action-packed flick.
And from the online imps who post pirated theater footage here is the film’s extended teaser trailer as it rolled at the conclusion of Captain America: The First Avenger last month.
The New Mexico/Ohio production will open wide next spring!
Maybe like that very cute, but hyper pubescent boy from my 9th grade summer school remedial math class, Chris Evans thinks it’s adorbs bordering on irresistible to throw an almost nonsensical put down on every other thing…Or maybe like a Dixie Chick in London he wants to declare a full on public denouncement.
While on a quick jaunt to la la land from his host city of Albuquerque, New Mexico where he’s being paid millions of dollars to play grown-up Marvel comics with A-list cast & crew Chris played cut-up with MTV news spouting off about the drabs of the shooting locale.
Me thinks it’s the former that made this lucky actor sound off like this, esp. seeing as his screen idols and fellow Marvel heroes who’ve worked and played in the Land of Enchantment before haven’t been known to quip and complain about the state.
I-Ron man hikes, Nick Fury does it all and Thor doesn’t have to do a damn thang since he’s just prettier than purdy – maybe Cappy just isn’t invited to play with the big boys and he’s lashing out.
Like habitual New Mexico movie star Seth Rogen, his fellow funny men and gajillions of Hollywood celebs who take to the hills, whether it be for work or rec, RDJ was getting his hike on in Albuquerque TODAY!
No official word on what Iron Man is here for but gossip abounds that he may be set to shoot his scenes for a little film called THE AVENGERS, duh!

our El Majico OFFICIALLY announced Wednesday the NM Film prospect we’ve been following for you here…
Better than an early “Christmas present to the people of New Mexico,” it is perhaps the Swan Song of our departing Governor, Bill Richardson to bring us the news that Marvel’s latest and greatest assembly of Superheroes – will land squarely in Nuevo Mexico come April!
Sure to be the most grandiose and spectacular outing for Marvel Studios, THE AVENGERS will shoot here, where brother Thor first tread, where The Green Lantern and Iron Man got it on…and where Cowboys & Aliens was born…
